
Our Classes
The training concept at Fortitude Fitness is one of individually tailored and adapted sessions designed to provide maximum results in minimum time for each of our clients.
Whether you're working out on your own, with a friend or as part of a small group, our goal is to provide each of our clients with the maximum benefit from their training.
The variety of workouts allows for a wide range of aspects to focus on, from injury rehabilitation to weight lifting, fat loss, pre- and post-natal training.
Duration of each personal training session is 1 hour.

Personal Training 1 to 1
Individually tailored training programs according to the client's personal goals and needs. The training session duration is 1 hour.
Personal Training sessions 2 to 1
Buddy training sessions where two members train together. Maximum results from these sessions are achieved if both clients have the same training goal (fat loss, muscle gain, etc).


Small group Personal Training
A small group, 3 to 5 members, training session tailored according to their specific fitness goals. Optimal results are achieved if the members have the same training goals. It is a great choice for people who enjoy training in a group environment.
