Personal Training 1 to 1

Our programs are designed around your individual goals and requirements, giving you a personalized path to progress. Each session runs for one hour to maximize effectiveness.

Personal Training 2 to 1

Buddy training sessions pair two members together for a shared workout experience. For the best results, both participants should have similar goals—whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, or overall fitness.

Personal Training Small Group

A small group of 3 to 5 members trains in sessions tailored to their specific fitness goals. Best results are achieved when members share similar objectives, making it ideal for those who enjoy a group training environment.

Lagree Training

A group of up to 6 members trains together using our state-of-the-art Mega Pro machines, enjoying a modern, high-quality workout experience designed for efficiency and effectiveness.
